I noticed a huge uptick in positive news coming out of Ukraine the past couple weeks. Suddenly, with ammunition shortages, and even worse a manpower deficits, Ukraine was somehow making advances, and dealing the Russian Army with terrible defeats. They had even crossed a major river. and had developed a bridgehead. News started coming out that Zelenski had a plan for 2024, he just needed that 61 Billion US Dollars to make it all come true! I told myself to wait a couple weeks, and see what is really happening.
And the truth did come out. A matter of fact it is Ukrainian Marines that let the cat out of the bag. The bridgehead thing was what they called a “Suicide Mission.” Just like has happened repeatedly in the War, the Russians let Ukraine ferry men and equipment across the river. And then they would eliminate a portion of the men. just enough so that the Ukraine Generals still thought they were making progress. More men and equipment would sneak across the river, in the dead of the night. And finally, Russia just eliminated them all. It is ok though, Zelenski had finished his PR tour. The bridgehead served its purpose.
This is actually how the War has gone for the last year. Russia’s main objective in this War is not taking over Ukraine, and then the rest of Europe as we are told. Their objective is to weaken Ukraines military, and NATO for that matter, and to protect the Russian people in Ukraine that live in the land Russia has control of. If Ukraine keeps shelling the cities with Russian speaking people in them, Russia will take more land, pushing the front line farther and farther out. As we give Ukraine ammunition that can reach a target farther away, then Russia pushes the front line out that much farther.
NATO was bragging how Finland has now joined their team. And what happens? NATO has immediately began militarizing Finland, which was once the most peaceful land on Earth. Now Russia is militarizing St. Petersburg, a City right across the river.
Meanwhile, some gruesome articles are coming out of Ukraine. Evidently, they are just riding up on people they feel should be shipped to the front lines, and snatching them up, with out any due process or questioning. This has been reported on for some time now. I just imagine the tactics have gotten much worse.
There are also commercials on TV, trying to persuade women that have husbands on the front line, to go join their mate, and fight for Ukraine. This is happening, as our President is saying Putin has already lost the War. What was Putin’s response? He asked how can you believe anything american leadership has to say, when their leaders try to jail the competition in an upcoming election.
This is the problem with many of the actions this administration has taken. We are losing credibility around the World. And other leaders are pointing it out. It sound like something we were told happens in Russian elections, and now it is happening right here at home.
By the way, everything I am writing about pretty much is coming from NYT articles. I will try to download a few of them to the blog post.
You can expect that as long as we are funding the entire country of Ukraine, they will continue to say exactly what our leaders want to hear. The problem now is that the American people are waking up to the fact that we have been lied to basically this entire War. Ukraine is finished. And the leaders know in Ukraine that if they capitulate and surrender to Russia, they are finished! So they will do whatever is possible to continue receiving our hard earned tax dollars.
Once again, instead of wasting another 61 Billion dollars on War, why not negotiate with Russia. At least see what they have to say. And then use that money to rebuild Ukraine. Not its military, but its infrastructure, so it can begin producing again, and become self reliant.
